Welcome to Ceiton Paradise!
Ceiton Paradise is situated on a private estate along the Ebro River near Caspe (Spain), right on the banks of the Mar de Aragón reservoir. This location offers a return to nature within an oasis of tranquility. In this fishing paradise on the Ebro, you can catch catfish, carp, pike, zander, and largemouth bass all year round. Beyond fishing, it is also a fantastic place for water sports and relaxation—swimming, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), kitesurfing, windsurfing, and more.
The nearly 1.5-hectare property features two self-sufficient cottages: Casa Alta, built against a rock face, accommodates 4–5 people.
Casa Baja accommodates 5–6 people and boasts a delightful, shaded covered terrace.
The cottages are equipped with solar panels providing both 12V and 230V power outlets. The kitchens feature a gas stove, hot and cold running water, pots, pans, barbecues, and all necessary amenities. Each cottage includes a fireplace, a walk-in shower, and full furnishings, including bed linen. Wastewater is processed via a natural bacterial system, and the fireplaces are wood-burning.
Both houses feature fully equipped kitchens.
Outdoor furniture, such as tables and chairs, is provided for the terraces. Gas for appliances is included in the rental price. There is also an ample supply of bed linen, towels, down duvets, and lightweight summer duvets. Casa Alta has a small refrigerator, while Casa Baja has a large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Rates

Fishing Boat rentals & guides
Fishing permits are mandatory!
You need two different permits to fish in the Ebro. You can purchase these at either of the two local fishing shops in the village of Caspe. You may bring your own boat and park it on our premises.
At Casa Baja, there is space next to the house; at Casa Alta, there is a terrace area above the shed.
The boat can be launched right in front of the property; we have our own slipway secured by a chain.
Depending on the water level, the boat can also remain moored there.
Certain requirements apply to boat owners.
You must always be able to show proof of insurance.
Boats longer than 2.5 meters must be registered.
A boating license is required for boats longer than 5 meters or those with an engine exceeding 15 hp.
All boats must be pressure-washed at the marina (cost: €3); you will receive a receipt for this.
Small inflatable boats are not permitted.
Directions
Take the N211 route (Caspe–Mequinenza or Mequinenza–Caspe). Take the turn-off at kilometer marker 276. Continue straight, passing the waste container and the “Ceiton” sign; follow the road and keep right at the fork, heading down the hill. You will see tall cypress trees on the right; that marks the entrance to our property. The distance from the main road is approximately 400 meters.
